Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been cleared. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Some products are stocked locally in New Zealand, while others may be shipped directly from our factory supplier in China.

Delivery Time and Method

Kilns and Pottery Wheels (Stocked in New Zealand)
For kiln and pottery wheel orders that are in stock in New Zealand, delivery will be arranged on Saturday to our nearest depot after payment has been cleared. Customers will then be able to collect the item from the depot once it arrives.

Small Pottery Items
Small pottery items and accessories will be posted via NZ Post within 1–3 business days after payment is cleared.

Factory Order Items
Items ordered directly from our factory will be shipped from China with Free Shipping. Estimated arrival time is 4–8 weeks, depending on New Zealand customs clearance and shipping conditions. These items will be delivered directly to your door.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Some large items such as kilns and pottery equipment may require special freight arrangements.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an item has been dispatched, Licraft is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, freight providers, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
