Change of Mind – Factory Order Products

If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. All change-of-mind cancellation requests are subject to approval.

For factory order products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door, a 20% cancellation fee may apply if the order is cancelled after it has been placed with the factory.

This fee covers costs already incurred, including factory processing, order handling, exchange rate differences, and administrative expenses.

The 20% cancellation fee applies only to factory order products and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

What are factory order products?
Factory order products are items that are not stocked in our warehouse and are specially ordered from the manufacturer and shipped directly to your address after your order is placed.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange one of the following:

• Replacement product

• Repair

• Refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Custom orders

• Special factory orders

• Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation

• Used item

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
