Change of Mind – Factory Order Products
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order. All change-of-mind cancellation requests are subject to approval.
For factory order products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door, a 20% cancellation fee may apply if the order is cancelled after it has been placed with the factory.
This fee covers costs already incurred, including factory processing, order handling, exchange rate differences, and administrative expenses.
The 20% cancellation fee applies only to factory order products and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

Replacement product
Repair
Refund
Non-Returnable Items
